Care instructions for each garment can be found on the product page. If you have any questions regarding caring for your garments, please contact us for help. We're happy to provide advice and care instructions.

All our products are made with love and care in France. We select items from among our featured French brands to import to the U.S. and offer for sale.

Please take a look at our fitting chart to see how to take your measurements and choose your size. If you're still not sure, you can always contact us for help!

You can see our entire return policy here. We also try to note any especially relevant return policies on individual product pages... for example, bathing suits obviously can't be returned without the hygienic liner intact!

You should receive regular notifications on your order, including a notification via email when we receive it and another notification with tracking information when it's shipped. If you're not receiving email updates, please contact us so we can assist you in checking on your order. If you made an account at checkout, you can also log in under the "My Account" tab in the menu.

We'll ship your order as quickly as possible once your payment is processed, normally within 24 hours. After that, when you receive your shipping notification with tracking info, you can check your package's tracking to get an estimated delivery date. The shipping speed will depend on the type of shipping you choose at checkout.

If you haven't yet received a shipping notification for your order and you wish to change it, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to accommodate you!
